General

  1. I can decline a commission without a detailed explanation.

  2. I reserve the right to add commissioned work to my portfolio and social media.

  3. All commissions are personal unless stated otherwise.

  4. Please provide me with all the necessary references beforehand.

  5. The Commissioner and the Artist shall not disclose each other's personal/contact details to any third parties without explicit consent from the other party.

  6. We can communicate through X(Twitter) DM and/or Discord.

  7. I live in Asia time zone so there will be delay in communication.

Can & Can't

  1. Can: Female character OC or Fanart, Slight ecchi

  2. Can't: Male character, NSFW, Gore, Offensive, Elderly, Furry

Payment & refund

  1. Currency: USD

  2. Accepted payment method: Paypal,

  3. For first time customer, full payment is made before I start the commission.

  4. Return customer can choose pay 50% up front and 50% before final delivery.

  5. Refunds are allowed under exceptional circumstances agreed upon by both parties. No refunds otherwise.

Revision

  1. Revisions are big change to the current state of the art or a total redo of the step

  2. Revisions are dependent on the type of commission.

  3. Skeb Commission won't have revision

  4. For full color commission: Sketch - 2 time, Color sketch - 1 time, Line art - 1 time, Base color - 1 time (only fix color)

  5. Any revision attempt exceeded with have additional charge:

  6. Before line art: +5$

  7. Before render: +10$

  8. After render: +50$

Right & Usage

  1. All commissions are personal unless stated otherwise.

  2. Do not claim, edit, reproduce my artworks.

  3. I reserve the right to add commissioned work to my portfolio and social media.

  4. You are allowed to repost the commission, just include credit to my social media.

  5. Commercial use and private will have additional fees.

  6. I do not allow my work to be used as, or in products related to NFT, Crypto, Illegal activities. AI training is prohibited.

Process

  1. Step 1: Please make sure that you have read the Term of Service here and understand it. Send me your request with all the references and requirement.

  3. Step 2: I will reply to your request ASAP to confirm and discuss (if needed). After confirming the commission details with the client, I will announce the total price estimated. After I receive the payment, I will start doing the commission.

  5. Step 3: While doing the commission, I will update you on every step at least once and offer reasonable revisions. Keep in mind the revision limit and the cost of each revisions that exceed the limit. Color sketch will have the same lighting as the final render.

  7. Step 4: After you've satisfied with the final product, I will send you the finished product through Google Drive

  9. * Please response within 2 working day. Longer than that, i wll assume you have abbandoned the commisison.

  10. * The commission often takes 2 week to 1 month depending on the request and current load

  11. *All WIP are watermarked and confidential
